MTN Upgrade frustrations

The absolute worst upgrade experience ive had by far; ive been a MTN customer for the last 10years+ I have been very patient; and have tried numerouse routes and called multiple numbers and spoke to multiple people! i have done an online upgrade as this is the easiest; also because the online promotions are not available instore; as i have been told by a couple of stores! but after getting the "MTN contract application confirmation" email nothing happens after that; the ref number on there i cant give to anyone to assist me. i have in total; probably app**** more than 6x for the same upgrade ; i have called and asked that you cancel all applications; and then re-app****; and here i am still waiting and not finding any joy. this is by far the most frustrating experience. if this carries on; im sure you will loose tons of customers.
