MTN upgrade freebie not received very frustrating process

I upgraded online for a Huawei phone with a freebie watch, around 14 April Phone delivery came the next week and i signed for it, there was no watch and when i called MTN i get transferred pillar to post - 8 calls later and numerous back and forth from 135 to ***, the last person says i must call Huawei customer care directly, and lastly now with *** I am still not getting help i am supposed to get a call from Huawei which sounds fishy
