MTN UPGRADE FEE

We are constantly nagged to upgrade and renew contracts. Eventually chose a phone, upgraded with a 3 year contract instead of 2 years and was charged, for the first time, an upgrade fee of R150,00! How unnecessary! Is there no end to this, is it not sufficient to be a customer for decades! Why now another fee! Perhaps charge new customers, not long-standing ones!
