MTN UPGRADE FEE

After being a customer for approximately 20 years and upgrading every 2 years except for a once-off delay, the latest upgrade carried an UPGRADE FEE of R150! Is that really necessary! On top of everything else the new contract is for 3 years so MTN "has" me for that longer period of time. I hope this upgrade fee will be eliminated soonest. So ugly, unkind and unfair!
