MTN Upgrade Failed

I upgraded online two cellphone numbers on my MTN contract. As per telephone conversation and follow up emails that I have received from MTN, both the numbers was upgraded. Nowhere there was mentioned that one of the contract upgrades was cancelled. I got my delivery today and only received one of the phones. Now I have to call around and struggle to upgrade from the start. This is really bad service from MTN's side and would have expected more of them.
