MTN - Upgrade Fail

Received an SMS, Upgrade Time, Yay!! Arrived at an MTN store yesterday (Does not matter which one as the store I visited today - Another mall could not assist either) - apparently - I was migrated to a new (system) that nobody understands, the system name means: making it simple but the poor Agents are visibly scrambling to assist, in Vain!! Really bad implementation MTN, your client facing team has been done an injustice - Another client was actually screaming yesterday... Needless to say, 2 visits and no help - Wife upgraded in 10 Minutes yesterday - Old System, go figure.
