MTN Upgrade ****

Received a call and was offered an upgrade on my 2 x R199 sim-only contract. I informed the consultant that I just upgraded recently but was assured everything was in order. At the end of the call, I was informed I would just pay 1 x month upgrade fee.

In December, I was surprised to get a R2800 bill. On contacting MTN billing they informed me it was an upgrade cost and that I should contact "the shop" that sold it to me.

I've been trying to get hold of anyone in MTN cellular company, but they always just promise to investigate and let me know, with no feedback once I've put the phone down.
