MTN upgrade experience. Worst ever

Useless no Service MTN. Worst experience ever. Experienced this in store and online in the last 2 months.

Recently did an upgrade in store on one of my numbers. Took me about 7 weeks to complete with no feedback either phoning Centurion mall store or going their myself. Eventually got it upgraded.

To try and avoid going through the same pain, I did the upgrade online this time. Still wating for feedback 3 weeks later. When I try and phone to follow up, i am told that call has been escalated and that isit. No further update and 3 weeks later
