Mtn - Upgrade Denied

MTN Upgrade Denied – Long-Time client I’ve been a loyal MTN customer since 1995, using the same number and contract for nearly 30 years. Earlier this year, I chose to delay my upgrade and was reassured by multiple MTN staff members that I would have no issues upgrading later. Now that I’m ready to upgrade, I’m being told I don’t qualify—despite the clear promises made to me earlier. This is extremely disappointing and feels like a breach of trust, especially after such a long and loyal relationship with MTN. I expect MTN to honour their commitment and provide a clear explanation for this sudden change. I also request that my upgrade be processed as originally promised.
