Mtn upgrade cannot receive calls

I did an upgrade on the 11th of May at an Mtn shop and since then my phone does not receive incoming calls but it can make calls. I have been to the shop several times and i have also made several calls to the call center but the problem has not been resolved almost 8 weeks later.
