MTN upgrade, but no devices provided

I upgraded my number with MTN about a month ago and were told that my new devices would be delivered within 7 days - IT HAD BEEN A MONTH!!! NO CONTACT - NO DEVICES YET YOU ARE BILLING ME FOR THE NEW INCREASED PREMIUM

I demand that you revert back to the previous contract immediately since no devices were received so that we may consider cancelling the contract with MTN
