Mtn upgrade becareful to take the warly upgrade!!

Please becarefull to upgrade on the dates they so you or advise as this is not the actual date even if they do allow that you may. We updrage and the give you an option to pay the outstanding contract with the next bille or you can agree to pay it of to the on the original contract expires date ie our early upgrade date showed 28 july but the actual contract expires october which would have mean i should have paid my R460 amount till oct before my new contract amount of R399 will fall in place but no they dont listen or READ what you select and just decide to take this in one month so now instead of paying my R460 we talking now more than a R1000 i confirmed this via telephone call also before they contact my husband aa he is the main account holder i said please make sure that the lutsranding fees be duduted as normal till my contract expires to avoid paying such an high price as i can afford to pay more than the current contract amound but. NO... they just decided f that we will charge you the full amount forearly cancellation fee. What is the point of giving us such an option but dont listen to your customers request and email afrer email dont help get the people thet understand or wat ons taal kan praat if you can even understand plain simple english!!!!!!!!!!
