Mtn Upgrade

I am so dissappointed with Mtn. I was receiving 8g total data for R95 per month and was due for an upgrade. Mtn sent me an email with personalised upgrade deals. I went to the store and upgraded to one of the offers which was 18g anytime and 18g night data of which I did not get. I have been phoning them for assistance without any success. So now I have decided to cancel the upgrade and they want me to pay R408 cancellation fee. They mislead clients by false advertising
