Mtn upgrade

I am disgusted with the upgrade service i am receiving with Mtn, I want to upgrade but apparently my account is loaded on the old system and they unable to offer me any new packages as my account is not upgraded, after sitting in 2 branches for over an hour each they tell me there is nothing they can do for me I need to wait for mtn to convert me to the new system! This is ridiculous, why is this my problem. I am seriously thinking of moving to a different network
