MTN Upgrade

MTN phoned to offer an upgrade, in Feb 2021, I agreed to the upgrade and, I am now not only paying for the upgrade, but also for the old line, thus so summarize MTN added a line to my account in stead of upgrading the line, this was done in FEB 2021, till this day after numerous call to the call centre, this has not been corrected
