MTN Upgrade

I have been due for upgrade for some time now and decided to process my upgrade online. I actioned my upgrade on 3 occasions and only received 2 callbacks telling me that I am on an old system and someone else will call me back.... I am still waiting... Seems MTN does not want my business so I might as well move to another network that wants to service me. Last upgrade ref number ***4 If no one is going to assist me after this, then I am done with MTN.
