MTN upgrade
App**** for an upgrade online and never received any feedback, I eventually phoned customer service, who helped me to cancel the upgrade. I done a 2nd application for an upgrafe by waliking inti a local MTN store, was informed my handset will be delivered in 3 working days. (Wednesday 5 Feb 20) I went to the store from the expected day until Saturday and still no delivery of the handset, on Saturday 8 Feb 20, I phoned MTN again and was told to do a phone in application on Monday 10 Feb 20. Apparently its the quickest, alredy Ive been waiting for about a month and still no sight of anything. Very poor feedback from MTN.

12 Feb 2020, 06:13Thank you for the reply, Today is the 12 February 2020 and my first application (online) was done on 13 January 2020. Ive been with MTN for a long time now and first time such poor service, let me be late with my account and all systems are a go with stop/block my account.
Sadly today is a month and I wonder if ever anything will be done.
