Mtn upgrade

I upgraded my line in November 2023 and up until today I haven't received my phone which I'm paying for every month . When you call their customer service care line it's either somebody hangs up or you'll be transferred to someone who would tell you that "you name doesn't appear due to the new system " .What a shame !!And then on the other hand it's DSV not cooperating .I'm just fed up .
