MTN upgrade ****

MTN advised me to upgrade from home WIFI to a SIM Deal. Now that they have upgrade me, they want me to pay a cancellation fee even though I'm moving internally from one product to the next one. now there is a cancellation fee for both contract even though I had not even used the new contract. This is really frustrating that MTN would trick me into upgrading and give me such problems.
