MTN Upgrade

On the 17th I did an Upgrade at the Riverside Side shopping centre, Vanderbijlpark. I contacted the store again with regards to the 1 time, 10gigs. Yesterday 13th Sept I went to the store to query this again. I was told in a very unfriendly manner that MTN has not looked at my ticket yet. Very poor service from MTN.
