Mtn upgrade

Trying to upgrade my contract which is due from the beginning on June.I dial 173 to get assistance and get sent to different consultants who can not assist or they hang up the phone.MTN calls these consultants Champions and yet they are far from that.I have emailed complaints mtn.co.za aswell as customer care mtn.co.za and still no luck,now I am on hello peter to get some sort of response from MTN
