MTN UPGRADE

I rather prefore to give them a minus rating. I have upgraded 2 of my cell phones and had the courier people with me an appointment to bring my cell phones today but do I need to give them my address confirmation and id for proof. The courier brought the phones but I should have given a fingerprint as well but their machine doesn't work with my finger. I had to move all my work around today to work in Delmas to be here when the courier people came and until now MTN has not answered my call back and the courier was only here after 12. I was told they would call me back within 10 minutes and so far no one has. I can't just move my business around as it suits them. This is also the first time I see that we also have to give fingerprints to the courier persons. The phone number of the courier is ***

I have now had my mtn mobile phone contract for over 30 years and they have never had any problems with my payments and now one is being treated badly which is unacceptable.
