Mtn Upgrade

Good day, i recieved a call from CCI saying they represent Mtn and that i could upgrade my contract. That was at the end of July. I agreed to the upgrade. On the same day i checked on the Mtn catalogue and found the deal had free ear phones, which the CCI deal did not. I then called them to cancel.

From there on its been Mtn telling me they have no relationship with this company, which does upgrades for them. I must talk directly to them. CCI have done nothing now for more than a month, Mtn, who clearly have a relationship with them, have been sayng they cant do anything. I have sent the CCI consultant, Amrisha DeVilliers, emails about this, but they are being ignored. I want to upgrade but Mtn says i cannot because theres still this upgrade from CCI pending
