Mtn update my account

I had contract with mtn in 2008 got in areas but settled the account in 2011 but mtn has not cleared the lawyers has even sent the document indicating that the account is fully paid. i have called them numerous time I can't get a cellphone contract because mtn wont clear my name for account.that is settled

I have not been helped please clear my name mtn i want to get contract phone i have the documents the lawyers sent the letters last year
