MTN Unwilling to repair iPhone under warrantee
I handed in my iPhone SE that is still under warranty and under contract to be repaired in February.
This is the e-mail I received from the shop today 12 April:
"Hi Mr Stegmann,
I trust you are well. They have returned the device to store because they couldn't do what they needed to with the find my iphone. They have suggested that you take it to the istore and get it sorted before we book it in again. My apologies for the delayed response." Now it becomes my problem to fix the phone? Why then have a contract with MTN in the first place?

14 Apr 2021, 14:55After back and forth with the repair centre and the store, I had enough and bought a new phone. Once my contracts are up, I'm saying goodbye to MTN. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years with 2 contracts. Time to move on.
