MTN Unwilling to fight ***** on their network

Hi all

Have an extremely unfortunate incident to report with my cell service provider i.e. MTN My personal cell phone number of many years has been ****** off me and no one at mtn seems to be bothered of helping me get the number back. In fact MTN themselves gave my number to some guy who took out a contract with them. I contacted almost every department and visited three stores - NON prepared to help. Each pushing the buck onto the next INCLUDING their ***** department. All my personal and business information is linked to this number....I stand to lose a lot more with the number being in the possession of others.
