MTN ************* service provider

I have been trying to blacklist my phone with MTN for the 3 weeks. I have been told that there is no record of my contract. I even had insurance with MTN insurance who have a record of my contract. Now on the third week there is no resolution, my phone is still not blacklisted. I have tried everything!!! I have emailed *** and *** and *** and *** and *** with a copy of my contract with MTN. I have been told about new and old systems, I have sent forms....still my phone remains unblack listed. This poor customer is shocking! Old and new system not linked is not my problem!!Can I please have a resolution.
