MTN unresolved *****s for upto 2 years now

I was promised by Alice Van Der Merwe that in the next 21 working days the ********** account that was opened in my name would be sorted, mind you i received this confirmation mid August. Today i went into one of the stores, to really no surprise ,the account is still with legal.

Mind you, i have an existing account with MTN that has now incurred interest/arrears because with the account being locked i cant pay the existing account , i cant do anything. This has eventually jeopardise my credit record as i have lost the house and home loan that i wanted.

I was told to stop paying for the existing account 4 months ago, who now is liable for the arrears of the account?

As had mentioned before ,I am disgusted by the incompetence of all those involved in my case that has took over a year to finalize and is still not finalized. MTN has damaged my records and this case has still not been resolved. Im so tired of dealing with the same unhelpful staff at the call centres as well as the MTN branches that keep logging tickets when I continuously tell them that from april of 2017 none of the log tickets have had any replies.

This is the most pathetic network. I can never ever recommend anyone to sign up to MTN. Mtn does not care about its customers at all.
