MTN unresolved *****s for over a year

Alice Van Der Merwe, lebohang Luthuli , sheila naidoo , Rashani Govender . My entire life has been placed on your hands for far too long now. Yet again my application for my home loan was declined because my issues with MTN still have not been resolved to date .

When i call legal , i still find that 2 credits have not been passed and a journal for R901 was passed which shouldn't have been passed. How long will i have to deal with this? I don't feel that any of you understand how this has affected my credit profile as well as my family now.

I dont believe that out of the 10 people that have rep**** to all my complaints no one actual has any idea how to resolve an issue that has been unresolved from April 2017.

Its so unfortunate that now as a customer i have to go through this every other day so that i can move on with my life as well. I am now paying the price for your *********** staff members who didn't bother to do a thorough check before the ********** account was opened. I mean if i am an existing customer you should be able to retrieve my information from the system compare the two ID copies. Now i have had to deal with this most frustrating issue.

Its perfectly clear now that MTN does not value its customers . And i have learnt a valuable lesson from this. I would never advise anyone to open a contract or purchase from MTN hence when problems arise, you go from pillar to post.
