MTN UNREACHABLE

I have been trying to contact Mtn from last week. The service provider number offered 135 does not give an option to speak to a service provider. The voice prompts provided by the machine does not solve my problem. I have tried to use the mtn app to send my query but it also needs an update.

I CANNOT GET HOLD OF MTN SERVICE CONSULTANT AND ITS FRUSTRATING.

I have been trying to download my banking app and to update other apps on my phone but I get a message that says something about url not being supported. I need to have the apps but my phone has a technical error, I ended up going to the bank on Friday, they tried go download for me using their wifi but they get the same respond I'm getting. Url not supported. I am asking for intervention since I have failed to communicate with my service provider
