MTN unreachable

Cannot get my contract cancelled. I have moved overseas. Was advised in store to cancel my contract on line 3 months after my move because they cannot set a delayed cancellation. Not I am abroad with a number that doesn't work. cannot log into my online profile. and "***", which is the email given in the website for cancellations has not responded any mails sent over the last 6 weeks.
