Mtn unprofessionally and unreliable

We great dissatisfaction I am writing this review with Hellopeter about Mtn poor service. I had previously writing a review about my on going battle with Mtn to have ********** lines cleared from my name. I was extremely elated when with 48 hours my matter was resolved , however this relief was sort lived , after a month I was back to square one. I continuously call Mtn credit controller to have this matter sorted out however nobody seems interested to help. I spend hours on hold just to be told the same thing again that I am owing them R39000 for phones I did not upgrade. This way of conducting business is totally unprofessional. My business lines have been closed for 3 days now only to be told today that I have to call again on Monday to speak to credit control. My business is being disrupted and I'm losing business. However Mtn does not seem to care for they clients any more.
