MTN - Unprofessional, Unreliable and NOT Trustworthy

I took a cellphone contract from MTN (online- over the telephone) in 2020 and the package was Huawei P40 and an extra sim card.

However, on the 24th December 2022, I requested copy of contract or proof of purchase and was sent a copy of contract which had iPhone 7 (which did not make any sense). I've been sending mails requesting correct contract because I never took an iPhone 7 from MTN nor have owned an iPhone 7.

I went to MTN Store in Cape Town V&A Waterfront where I was told that MTN has a new system and it seems as if data that was on their old system was not transferred (which also did not make any sense).

I've tried calling customer service and was transferred to various departments, but no luck and I desperately need my copy of contract or Proof of purchase at least. The last email I sent was ignored and I'm so disappointed with the service MTN has provided meanwhile I took contract with them for two full years. They are so unprofessional, unreliable and not trustworthy.
