MTN UNPROFESSIONAL - Poor Service

App**** for Black Friday special on 04 December when it was still available. Received a reference number with a an email advising I will receive a call back.

Tried calling MTN numerous times using the 083135 number, which immediately goes into a few minutes UNISA sales pitch, absolutely nothing to do with the call

NO option to go to the online team NO option to speak to a consultant

VERY frustrating

Sent an email to MTN, they asked for ID and then the case went cold again

VERY unprofessional from one of the biggest mobile providers on the continent.
