MTN Unprofessional

Hi, last month I signed up for the uncapped home wife, I was advised that I should make an immediate payment of R498, which would be for the months of September and October, respectively, which I did. I was further advised that the next debit order would be in November 2023. However, last week I was debited and amount of R207, which I subsequently queried and reversed through my bank. Now my services have been stopped as per the email received from MTN.

I am very disappointed because I was never informed about any deductions for the month of September.
