MTN unprofessional and frustrating me

i havent received my laptop and mtn still withdrawing their monthly deductions and the tablet is still cutting calls and they said it must just be repaired its know more than 4 times the laptop have been in for repair more than 3 times and know they just there is nothing that they can do but just to repair them i am really tired of mtn and i will never have any business to do with them again from last of last year december i have been going to mtn and they receive their contract money every month and the branch manager keeps on telling me sorry for that but i just keep on paying them
