MTN Unprofessional

Im trying to resolve a matter for over a year now. All i get is copy and paste emails no intentions to resolve the matter. I gave them instructions to end and cancel the contract at end of the contract. I was told last payment will be on the 15-10-2021 but MTN decided to make it prepaid for two months and now insists I owe them outstanding funds. The latest email said if I pay the reduced amount they will put this account to rest. I asked them to show me where I asked them to make this contact a prepaid one but to date have not seen this. I also asked them to rather call me so that we can resolve this matter out once and for all. This also has not happened. Just received the same copy and paste email. So unprofessional.
