MTN UNLIMITTED USELESSNESS
What a bunch of ****s! The contract is signed states i have the right to receive my invoice via post, email, mms, etc. i chose email-pdf, however MTN's non-existent, impotent customercare fail time and again to issue me with my invoice pdf. no invoice - no pay. it is not a difficult concept.<br> <br> He who will not renewing his contract<br> Pieter<br> ***

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service.
Our Billing Department has moved our statements & invoice system over to an online billing platform. All our customers have been moved over to the online billing platform.
