MTN unlimited home router for R269 is a ****

MTN is a ****, I bought a home router package for R269/month. For the first few months it was going fine, Until may 2024. I paid my May invoice using EFT, then my router was blocked from accessing the internet. I sent emails to customer care and I even called them. They gave me a reference number and said my enquiry will be attended. Then after 24hr they sent a message saying "my enquiry Is completed". But when I access the internet I still get the same issue.
