MTN -********ly taking money from my bank account

MTN ********LY REVENUE COLLECTION

My contract has come to an end - and I am therefore trying to cancel the contract.

HOWEVER - the cancellations department DO NOT answer there phone - left many hours on the line !!

It appears that MTN intentionally leaves customers hanging - in order to avoid cancelling the contract !!!

MTN Needs to be investigated for ********ly collecting revenue by taking money from peoples bank accounts !!!
