MTN ********l deductions without explanation

Can I please have an option to give 0 stars. Mtn deducts 3 x installments in May, 1 x Installment in June and now want to deduct 2 months installments for June... I have called many times since May and to date have not received the statement, and every agent tells me that they are unable to see my payment history and cannot assist me... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... no one can even explain why so much was deducted and it is not recorded on the automated statements sent to my email. I am so tired of MTN
