MTN - UNHELPFUL on data purchase

MTN, what an *********** customer service!!! Honestly, been trying to get someone to assist me with data purchase, for an hour, on my app but Customer Care transfers the call to Data and Data says Customer care can only help!! Gosh! Infuriating!!!
