Mtn unfairly left me with no money in my account

Mtn has taken all of my money out of my account which is much more than what is owed, I have absolutely no problems with data and internet connections however I am absolutely upset about them taking all my money, I can't speak to anybody in accounts over the phone, I went to a store and they could not help me but said I need to speak to accounts, tried to call but I have had no luck, I am a single mother, and have no clue how I am getting through this month with my son because MTN too everything🤬🤬🤬
