MTN Unfair Terms On Contracts

Got a 36 contract with MTN, for a Samsung S24 Ultra... was looking for a tablet at the time as well. 1 week of taking the phone contract I became aware that there is an ad on for R99 for S9 FE + tablet. MTN seems to thinks it's fair to customers not to change things on their contract within the first month; because it would be a hustle to change things on their system! I as the customer should be the one that understands when they are being taken for a ride... the tablet is R400 plus normally, left a really bad taste in my mouth from all of this. Everyone I dealt with at MTN has been a 1/10 so uncaring and not even trying find a solution even if there isn't one.
