I am still struggling with MTN in my town north of Polokwane. If there are load shedding, MTN is down. iow if there are stage 4 load shedding, MTN is down for 6 hours of the day. I must run my business. I have tried a millions ways to get MTN to fix it, but with no success... Now i have about 2 or 3 month left on my contract with MTN. I want to move to Vodacom, beacause they have reception during loadshedding. I can then continue with my business as usual, but MTN want to charge me. Is it not that MTN have not lived up to their agreement on the contract with supplying me service for they are allays down during load shedding time? I have not tried to hold them responsible in terms of the contract agreement, but now that i want to move to Vodacom they are sending me from one phone call to the other. Every time promising to escalate the issue, but i never hear anything back. I want to cancel my MTN for they do not have the service i need in my area!
