MTN - Unfair Hand-over to Attorneys

Good Day,

Upon many attempts to get hold of MTN regarding my account to get it rectified, I was unsuccessful. They hard-locked my number that I could not get through to the legal department, and when calling using another network, my calls were not answered. E-mails would take forever for them to respond and when I sent the replies would not get a response. Now I am handed over??
