Mtn, Unfair business practice and greedy capitalists

I fought a long 3 month battle with mtn with extremely high pro rate charges. Very frustrating.

Now in March 2020, mtn in error credited mtn account with R900.00. So mtn debited my bank account with an extra R900.00 to fix the error. I'm out of pocket with R900. They refuse to refund my money and fix their own error. So mtn assumes by fixing the error,let us debit the consumer the R900. Get this, the package is R399.00 per month. Mtn is refusing to refund me and fix their own error and to add insult to FURTHER INJURY they will continue to debit the normal R399.00 per month.After previous Hello Peter complaints they never bothered to call me to apologize, all I got was lame and weak excuses from *********** and useless so called consultants. They admitted to their error and still did NOTHING to fix. Mtn has become greedy capitalist. All i want is my own money back. Please help. Please help with Obudsman contact details .
