MTN - Unfair
<p>I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently updated my contract with MTN and got a Huawei P8 lite. This phone dual sim card option which I needed and took it because of that function but only to find out that MTN has blocked that option with a firmware. Before taking this contract I phoned and specifically asked the sale agents if I can use 2 sim catds and was told yes I could. This is unfair and unacceptable. Highly disappointed. I am thinking of cancelling this contact. </p>
