MTN - Unexpectable Lack of Support & Customer Satisfaction

No Customer Service. Hours on calls just to get cut off or transferred and then eventually being cut-off. Tried 3 times to upgrade but cancelled because Biometrix are not working - more than 10 Months and still haven't upgraded. No work around, no plan B.
