MTN ********* *******

*******. *********. No care about their billing and what client needs to be. That's what MTN does. Contract expires and they continue billing but at normal rates without informing me. My 20GB data bundle expired 30Jan2021 for which a paid R469 only. Now i get my new and they charge me R2033!! How unfair and ********* is that.

To get this resolved is a nightmare and to top it off i get an sms that says that if i dont pay in full i will be disconnected. Where the hell must a get the additional cash from. No consideration.

I've been n loyal customer with mutliple contracts. Well i think it is time to consider a move.
